How long can I stay at A Place to Prosper?
Our minimum lease term is 30 days.
How many people share a room?
You will share your room with 1 or, in unique situations, 2 other people.
Are utilities included in my monthly rent?
Yes. Electricity, Water, Cable, & Internet are all included in your rental payment.
What is provided in each room?
Each room comes with a twin bed, bedding, shelf storage, and modest decorations.
What supplies are provided?
Upon your arrival, you will receive a welcome package that includes personal care items and some household supplies. However, you will be responsible for those items thereafter.
Can I have visitors?
At A Place to Prosper, you will enjoy a shared living space. For that reason, no one other than approved occupants will be allowed into your shared space without prior approval.
